Great news for physicians! This Wednesday, Feb. 1, the state Department of Health will launch the Florida Reimbursement Assistance for Medical Education (FRAME) Program to assist eligible healthcare practitioners with the repayment of medical education student loans.
The FMA secured an annual appropriation of nearly $6.6 million for the program, and eligible physicians and residents can apply for up to $20,000 per year to reimburse medical education expenses.
THAT'S AMAZING AND APPLAUD AND SUPPORT THE INITIATIVE; HOPE ONE DAY EVERY MEDICAL STUDENT OR DOCTOR WILL BE MEDICAL SCHOOL DEBT FREE BY TIME THEY GRADUATE.
