Physicians

Active Physician Membership ($350)

Active Physician Auto Renewal Membership ($325)

A Medical Physician who has an active medical license in the State of Florida.

Associate Physician Membership ($150)

A Medical Physician whose primary medical society membership is currently held with another county medical society and has an active medical license in the State of Florida.

Military Physician Membership ($50)

A physician who has a Florida medical license and is enlisted in a branch of the United States Armed Forces.  A physician member who is called to Active Duty will be due(s) exempt for the years in active duty.
         
Federal/State Agency Physician Membership ($50)

A physician who has a Florida medical license and a full-time employee of a federal, state, or local government.

Retired Physicians

Retired Physician Membership ($40)
A physician who was a former active member of the Society who has completely and permanently retired from active practice, either through choice or through disability and with the approval of the Secretary may be placed in a Retired membership category. Retired members are not considered to be in active practice if they limit their work to volunteering in the community.

Residents

Resident Physician Membership ($15)
A physician who is a member of an approved resident program in Central Florida.
