FBMC - Benefits Management

FBMC provides brokerage and consulting through high-performance benefits programs that challenge the status quo and help employers control cost and risk. FBMC and Danna-Gracey have partnered with PSCF to create and manage an innovative self-funded health insurance program which provides transparency and cost containment tools to let physicians take control of the health insurance benefits for physicians and staff members in a risk contained environment.

Through a joint Captive Health Insurance program, Roundstone sets up insurance companies called stop loss group captives. These companies allow mid-size employers to unlock the benefits of self-funding, traditionally only available to large companies. Employers’ premiums are re-insured to these companies and minimize the risk of self-funding by pooling their exposure with many other mid-sized employers. Employers collectively own their stop loss group captive company and un-used premium is returned to the employer at the end of the year.

Mended Hearts

Mended Hearts is a non-profit organization which functions as a support group for individuals suffering from heart disease. The mission of Mended Hearts is to inspire hope and improve the quality of life of heart patients and their families through ongoing peer-to-peer support, education and advocacy. Through the Mended Hearts program heart patients receive support through an inclusive and compassionate community, education to empower them and their families with relevant information and resources that enable them to make better decisions about their healthcare, and advocacy to engage patients enabling them to make informed decisions that improve their quality of life.
