Osceola Chamber Foundation Health Leadership Council has a campaign to boost health awareness and medical office visits. The website will list all locations where Osceola residents are able to learn the four numbers we want them to know. The goal is that once a resident has visited an office to learn his or her numbers, they will become a regular patient. PSCF members in Osceola County may include their medical office as a location for learning numbers. There is no charge.
