The Women in Medicine (WIM) initiative of the Physicians Society of Central Florida (PSCF) brings together accomplished women physicians from across the region to connect, collaborate, and support one another in their professional and personal journeys in medicine.

Through curated networking gatherings and meaningful conversations, PSCF Women in Medicine fosters a supportive community where women physicians can exchange ideas, build relationships, and strengthen their leadership within the medical profession.

WIM hosts two exclusive networking socials each year for PSCF members, offering a welcoming space to connect with colleagues, meet new physicians in the region, and celebrate the achievements of women in medicine.
