Residents of Orange County
Primary Care Access Network (PCAN) also known as PCAN, is a dynamic collaborative among Orange County Government, primary health care centers, community agencies, hospitals and other social services. PCAN’s mission is to improve the access, quality and coordination of health care services to the underinsured and uninsured populations of Orange County. Grace Medical Home is a medical practiced inspired by the love and grace of Jesus Christ. Grace provides comprehensive, whole-patient care to the low-income, uninsured in Orange County. We serve both pediatric and adult patients through ongoing relationships with physicians and compassionate volunteers who are committed to excellence. In order to be a patient at Grace, you must live in Orange County; be between the ages of 0 and 65; have an income that is less than 200 percent of the Federal Poverty Line; be uninsured; be employed or have been employed within the last six months, or be a full-time student; and not be eligible for public insurance such as Medicaid, Medicare or VA benefits. Residents of Orange & Seminole CountyShepherd’s Hope is Central Florida’s charitable medical care provider. It is our mission to provide compassionate medical care to the uninsured and under-insured. Shepherd’s Hope doctors and nurses treat uninsured, low-income patients in need of non-emergency medical care. The visit is free.
