When submitting a podcast for the Physicians Society of Central Florida (PSCF) with the intention of providing information relevant to physician members without promoting a product, company, or service, it's essential to adhere to certain rules and guidelines. Focus on Educational Content: Ensure that the podcast primarily focuses on providing educational content rather than promoting any specific product or service. The goal should be to inform and educate listeners on topics that are pertinent to their professional development or clinical practice. No Commercial Promotion: Refrain from endorsing or advertising any particular product, company, or service within the podcast. This includes avoiding explicit mentions, endorsements, or testimonials related to commercial entities. Select Topics of Interest to Physicians: Choose topics that are relevant and of interest to the physician audience. Consider areas such as recent medical research, updates in medical guidelines or practices, clinical case studies, or discussions on emerging healthcare trends. Podcast Recording: The PSCF will be conducting a podcast recording via ZOOM with a PSCF staff member. Recordings will be scheduled Monday through Friday between 9AM and 4PM. Each podcast episode is expected to be between 20-30 minutes in length. Once completed, the podcast will be added to the PSCF Podcast channel titled "Practice Perspectives: Conversations Beyond Medicine". The podcast will be promoted in the PSCF member e-newsletter and on PSCF social media channels. Please anticipate a turnaround time of up to 10 business days for the podcast to be formatted and added to the PSCF podcast channel. Podcast Approval: All podcast submissions require approval from PSCF. Please submit an outline detailing the proposed title and topic for review. PSCF retains the right to reject podcast topics and content at their discretion. Upon approval of your Podcast Topic, PSCF will send an invoice to the email provided. Once the invoice has been paid, a staff member will contact you to schedule the recording session. Pricing: - PSCF Members $0
