Preference will be given to applicants with a 3.5 grade-point average or better and who have excelled in at least three science courses during high school.

Those who knew Dr. Luis Perez knew he was passionate about many things: his wife and family, the importance of education, his home country Cuba, his adopted country the United States, and his medical practice. All these attributes are reflected in the PSCF Foundation “Dr. Luis Perez Scholarship” award.
