PSCF Mailing List Policies

Requestor shall utilize the PSCF mailing list for a one-time use only in accordance with the policy listed herein.

Requestor may not reproduce, market, or otherwise distribute the mailing list without the prior written consent of PSCF.

Requestor must obtain written authorization from PSCF to utilize the mailing list for the purpose of promoting, marketing, or advertising of magazines, flyers or literature that are not published or sponsored by PSCF.

Requestor must obtain written authorization from PSCF to utilize the mailing list for the purpose of promoting, marketing, or advertising of products, drugs, or medical equipment.

Requestor will provide purpose of mailing list to PSCF.

Once the request is approved, an email will be sent to the email address provided with payment instructions. Mailing lists will not be provided until payment is received.
